Payments
Bookings are processed after payment confirmation or manual approval where required. For UPI QR payments, customers must provide correct UTR details and/or payment screenshot for verification.
Service Material and Access
Any document, report, recording, guidance note or access link shared with a customer is part of the booked service. Customers should not share, resell, copy, redistribute or misuse paid service material.
Cancellation, Return and Refund
Cancellation, return and refund requests are handled according to our Shipping and Return Policy and Refund Policy.
